Business Development Director - Microsoft Education
I am responsible for developing solutions in the Education market for our Surface hardware products including all Surface devices (Surface Pro, Surface Studio, Surface Laptop and Surface Hub) and our mixed reality device, HoloLens. I work directly for the Education organisation based at our HQ Seattle but I am based in the UK. My work develops solutions in the UK market which I will then take to other countries across EMEA. Currently I am developing solutions for deep collaborative environments in universities and also looking at different business models for selling devices to students at university. More and more schools and universities are looking at the importance of digital inking with Microsoft OneNote in combination with Office 365 with Surface devices to drive change and enhance teaching and learning. outcomes. Clearly we are focused on teaching and learning solutions across all education organisations but we also do a lot of work on other areas which i believe are overlooked like teacher productivty and running a schools/College/University using intgreated technology solutions.
